A Bit About Me
Since I was 6 years old, I have been drafting floorplans. I have always been interested in efficient layouts that function well and are suit the occupant. During my early adult life, I framed houses, and worked my way up to manage construction crews that installed foundations, framing, and siding. In 2017 I studied architecture at SAIT, and upon graduation I began working for Meiklejohn Architects in Kelowna BC.
In 2019, I started my first venture CM Designs. This company is still active, and specializes in rezoning, subdivisions, development permits, building permits for single family homes, duplex's and 4-plex's. Interested in getting a quote for drafting / design work?

In 2022 I attained my general contractors license and started ground up developments. This company is NobleTerra Developments.
